Tellers
As a Teller, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member
service through product knowledge, solid cross-selling and referring of
products; establishing and maintaining member satisfaction while providing
quality member service and accurately handling transactions (deposits,
transfers, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.).
Candidates must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior teller experience and financial services background is required. Some teller positions require supervisory skills along with good oral and written communications. Should possess demonstrated ability and experience in handling cash, in working in a customer service position, and in handling simple to complex cash or financial transactions. Should possess excellent experience on 10-Key calculators, or other automated cash and check processing equipment. Spanish speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
